Naughty sub training Foot Punishment

All evening i have complained about the waist cincher made of chains that sir asked me to wear for him. so now i must pay the price! sir instructed me that i must now tighten the chains even more and then i must sit down, tie my foot over my leg so i can’t pull it away, place elastic bands over my feet and whilst i pull them and they snap against my poor soles i must thank sir for the privilege to please him! but that’s not all! oh no... i still have to have one hand locked to my chains, as well as my nipple clamps attached to my foot, so that every time i snap a band it also pulls on my tight clamps too! dearly me, what’s a sub to do!
